4. Nature of the certificates and diplomas

The tests, exams, diplomas and certificates offered on the Website are designed and issued by PARAZZO AG under the name Swiss IQ Association. They are private certificates. They are not diplomas or qualifications recognised by any public authority, school or university, in Switzerland or elsewhere, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The result of an online IQ test is an indicative estimate. It does not replace a psychometric assessment carried out by a qualified professional.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website (texts, questions and question banks, explanations, illustrations, logos, trade marks, graphics, videos, software and databases) is the property of PARAZZO AG or its partners. It is protected by Swiss and international intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, distribution, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of PARAZZO AG is prohibited. This includes in particular copying, recording or publishing exam questions.

6. Liability

PARAZZO AG takes care to ensure that the information published is accurate, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or error-free. The Website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to force majeure.

To the extent permitted by law, PARAZZO AG accepts no liability for indirect loss arising from the use of the Website. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence (Article 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations), nor does it affect consumers' statutory rights.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, in particular those of the identity verification and exam proctoring providers. PARAZZO AG has no control over these websites and is not responsible for their content.
